Viewer data is collected automatically when content is viewed or clicked on, for the purpose of delivering the Service to You.

Viewer Usage Data. Viewer Usage Data may include information such as the Viewer’s browser type, browser version, the content viewed, the time and date of viewing and clicking on content, the co-ordinate position of the click relative to the content, the time spent on the content and its enclosing pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Viewer Usage Data is used to determine which items of content are over-performing or under-performing, as measured by the views of each item, and the clicks on each item. When You choose to integrate the Service with third party Service Providers, additional Viewer data on downstream events such as Viewer sign-ups or purchases is also used to determine which items of content are over-performing and under-performing.

Co-ordinate positions of clicks are used to generate heat-map reports to inform You where Viewers are clicking on content, with the objective of empowering You and the Service to improve the content.

Time spent on content is used to generate time-map reports to inform You when Viewers are clicking on content, with the objective of empowering You and the Service to improve the content.

Tracking Technologies and Cookies. No Tracking Technologies or Cookies are used to collect Viewer Data.

Retention of Your Personal Data and Viewer Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data and Viewer Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
